Warranty Programs
UPPAbaby offers an EXTENDED WARRANTY of one year for a total of three years on all strollers and select accessories (Carrycot, RumbleSeat, From Birth Kit and PiggyBack). To receive the additional one- year warranty, customers must register their product within three months of purchase and provide a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. Warranty Claims
All UPPAbaby warranty claims, faults and orders for spare parts can be proceeded in the following way:
Contact us here at Baby HQ on email orders@babyhq.nz and we will happily assist you where we can.
So we can better assist you, please make sure you include all of the information below in your email or form:
- Copy of your original proof of purchase
- Photo of the serial number on your pram (Located near the back wheel on the frame on a white sticker which looks like a barcode, it will contain VIS, CRZ or ALT depending on your model and will also have 8-18 numbers
- Full name, address and phone number.
- Photo(s), Videos demonstrating the issue(s)
We do require all of the above information for all warranty claims
Spare/Replacement Parts
Orders for spare parts can be made by contacting orders@babyhq.nz Please provide the following information when requesting a price for spare parts:
- Copy of your original proof of purchase
- Photo of the serial number on your pram (Located near the back wheel on the frame on a white sticker which looks like a barcode, it will contain VIS, CRZ or ALT depending on your model and will also have 8-18 numbers)

Once we have all the information we will issue an invoice and a replacement or spare part to be sent directly to you.
Maxi Cosi
Warranty Programs
Lifetime Warranty is applicable to Maxi-Cosi Car Seats only, while 3+1 Year Warranty is for Maxi-Cosi Strollers.
To receive the warranty for your Maxi Cosi product please register within 3 months of purchase directly with Maxi Cosi at the following link:
